Meet the Team
Green Property Solutions is a small company comprised of entrepreneurs, corporate, real estate, and construction businesses and partners within the FortuneBuilder and Real Estate Investor Association nationwide network of expert real estate investor members. Our training and philosophy are built on the FortuneBuilders Real Estate Investors program.
Founder and President
Ms. Stoner received a MBA in 1996 and has 25 year corporate business experience including starting up new product divisions within international companies, 15 years project management experience, 15 years product management experience, 20 years international business experiences working in 2 EHQs working in European Headquarter EMEA roles, understanding the business dynamics across cultures, and localization issues, 9  years Soil and Water remediation experience representing Bio-Soils Enhancers and Bio-Solutions out of the USA.
Ms. Stoner is experienced in startups and is a successful entrepreneur. In 2001, she renovated/flipped an old run down canal house, and started a very successful B&B in the center of Amsterdam. She started the Bio-Solutions company in 2011 where she is the Managing Director, directing European and US business expansion in the Bio-Technology industry providing organic microbial solutions for the agriculture industry for organic farming, and in waste-water management meeting the demands of commercial, and municipal customers seeking efficient, environment friendly, cost-saving methods for eliminating waste and meeting environmental regulations.
